Spent Xmas here and had a lovely time. the hotel is in a great location close to the city center and plenty of restaurants and shops. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Best aspects: the hotel has a big laundry area, which was a lifesaver during our stay, especially with all the traveling we did. the daily cleaning service was also appreciated. the hotel's restaurant served quality food at affordable prices, making it easy to grab a quick and tasty meal without having to leave the hotel.
The lack of internet access, which made planning our day trips a bit of a challenge. the hotel was a bit noisy, especially during the night, which did impact our sleep quality.

The hotel had a nice view of a famous landmark and was located near many interesting sites to visit. We also appreciated the convenient location close to restaurants and shops for easy access to everything we needed.
The noise from outside carried into the room, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. the furnishings and amenities were not up to par with what we were expecting for the price we paid.

location
The breakfast included in the rate should have more options for vegetarians as they donot allow you to take cereals and the only option is white bread. Also rooms could use some upgrading ..seem old. Electric blanket didnot work.

Located at the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect for those who love shopping. the room was basic but enormous, while the beds were highly comfortable. the reception staff was very friendly and helpful, while the cleanliness was good. the hotel's restaurant was average but there are many other eating and drinking establishments close by. the hotel provided detailed information on attractions and things to do, and it was an excellent low-price option with some character.
The hotel offers no guest parking, but there are multi-level parking centres nearby with high costs.

Great restaurant, excellent food and coffee.Blond receptionist didn't make things easy. Ive had better understanding from other hotels I have stayed at, re checking in and out. Nice enough but too pedantic.

Being in our late 60s we were able to walk everywhere as location was fantastic and central
A bit basic n not as luxurious as I thought it would be from other reviews, however that said we had a very comfortable stay, the staff were great and I would recommend it and stay there again.

The room was poor, the halls were dirty and left with bags of laundry. At 4pm at night the halls had never seen a cleaner, We asked for soft pillows at 3 pm and at night they had not arrived asked again and yet again, finally we got two.Bed was not comfortable.Valet parking left the car for nearly an hour on a 5 min park. The Square is full of night and early morning noisy.NOT At all what we EXPECTED.Julia Gray
